At Woolx, we stand behind our premium Merino wool gear and offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee to ensure you have the perfect fit and feel for your outdoor adventures. Items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS shipping label, which will be emailed to you immediately for easy printing at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Place your items in the original shipping bag or a similar mailer, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized USPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
